Servants Obey Your Masters

Today, when a person works in the public eye, it is easy for them to see changes in how people act in the workforce, as compared to a few years ago.  This may seem harsh but I feel that it is true. More and more people are becoming disobedient to their bosses, disrespectful of the customer, forward and lazy in their jobs.  Recently I took a leadership role at my job.  I thought it would be easy to lead others at work by example.  The more I tried to help the employees, so they would have an easier day, the more disrespect I was shown.  This might seem odd, but true.

I have seen more and more disrespect from coworkers than ever before.  I believe we are closer to the Lords return than ever before. The Bible tells us that in the end times these things will happen.  1 Timothy 3:1-5 says: This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.  Satan is working overtime to corrupt people’s minds.  We need to be aware of these things and be cautious of what we allow ourselves to watch or see. (If you are watching a YouTube movie that is violent, turn it off).

Colossians 3:22 says: Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God. Your boss is your master and you need to obey him, but not if it goes against God’s law. If you are a boss, be good to your servants or workers. Colossians 4:1 says: Masters give things right and equal to them, knowing you have a master in Heaven.

1 Peter 2:18 says: Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the forward.  This means that we are to obey our bosses, even if they are disrespectful to us. I know this is hard to do but the Bible says in verse 19: For this is thankworthy; if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully.  But if we take it patiently, this is acceptable of God (verse 20). 1 Peter 3:9 says, Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.

It is human nature for someone to want to strike back at someone when they are offended. No one likes to be mocked, ridiculed or hurt by someone else. One thing that a Christian must work on is self-control. They should control their actions and tongue in order to present themselves as a Christian.  Christians should not retaliate against others but have forgiveness, love and meekness.  Work your job the best you can, for this brings the Lord honor.

Nothing That I Have Done

A person who has lived a sinful life sometimes question this:  Will Jesus forgive me for my sins? We often question how God can forgive us, Sinners. We all know that God is a righteous, holy, sinless Father. We know that sin cannot enter Heaven.  The Bible has many references to what God calls: sin. The Ten Commandments alone tells us not to steal, kill, bear false witness, commit adultery.…. So a person who has committed many sins in their life may try to do things that are good to make up for their sins.  They may give to the poor, witness to others, attend church, etc….

One thing that stands out to me most of all in the scripture is this: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16). So this tells me that a perfect God gave his son as a sacrifice on a cross, for the sins of the world.  Why?  We all know the terrible things the Lord Jesus went through in his life, even before he came to the cross.  He sacrificed so much.  He slept on the cold, hard ground.  He missed many meals.  He was ridiculed, mocked, spit upon.   So why would God allow his son to go through all of this.  Then, Jesus was nailed to a cross and hung up for the world to see.  He was stripped of his garments.  He couldn’t hardly breathe, while on the cross. Then, the Holy Father turned his eyes away from him.  What torture!  His heart had to be broken.  So I ask again why? 

Then I heard a sermon about the love of God for mankind.  Then I seen what God was showing me.  It wasn’t anything that we could do, to earn forgiveness.  The Bible says: 1 Peter 2:25-For ye were as sheep going astray. Jesus said, “How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?” (Matthew 18:12).  See God cares about each and every person. He will come after us when we go astray.  Without God, we are as lost sheep, having no shepherd to lead us.  We are often blinded by this life; whether it is riches that blind us or other life circumstances.  We cannot live a life that is sinless.  Only Jesus could do that.

No matter how great a person you think you are, you cannot live your life, sinless.  You may read your Bible daily, go to church, listen to sermons daily, but you are still a sinful creature, without the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross.  Our Heavenly Father knew that without the blood of Jesus as our atonement on the cross, we had NO HOPE.  It would take a lamb without blemish to cover our sins.  Jesus became that Lamb without blemish; without sin in his mortal body.

Nothing that we can do or say can earn us, Salvation. We cannot work our way to Heaven. it is only by the grace and gift of God that any man may enter Heaven.  Ephesians 2:4-9 says:  But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,  Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)  And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:  That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:  Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Doing great and mighty works brings out pride. God hates pride.  Realize that nothing you can do in yourself can help you get to Heaven.  It is only by the true repentance and acceptance of Jesus Christ into your heart, that will give you that place in God’s family.  2 Corinthians 6:18 says: And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Are you ready to become a son of the king.  Are you ready to accept Jesus into your Heart?

1. pray on bended knee and ask Jesus to forgive you for your sins.  2. Take time with Jesus. Pray to him and get to know the king.  3. Trust in his mercy and grace  4. Praise the Lord and thank him for what he has done for mankind at Calvary. 5. Find a Bible believing church to attend. Fellowship with other believers will help you stay on that straight and narrow way.

The Lord is Coming Soon

The Lord Jesus is coming to rapture his church; will you be found worthy? 1 Thessalonians 5:23 says, that if we forsake our sins and turn to Jesus, we can be found blameless, “And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”  Matthew 10:37 says, “He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.”  We must love the Lord thy God with “all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might (Deuteronomy 6:5).

We know by the signs that  Jesus is coming soon.  Don’t let someone tell you that Jesus is not coming because his return is near. It will happen quickly, you will not have time to repent after he comes.  You must repent now and by faith, receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior. 2 Peter 3:9 says, “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:10 says, “But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.”

 1 Corinthians 6: 9,10 says, “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.”

I urge you to come to Jesus Christ and ask him to be your Lord and Savior before it is too late.  Behold today is the day, behold now is the time of Salvation. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved (Romans 10:9).

The Battle is The Lords

Recently heard a sermon about Joshua fighting in a battle against Amalek. How God helped Joshua win the battle, through the help of Moses.  As long as Moses held up his hand, Joshua and his people prevailed, but if Moses lowered his hand, then Amalek prevailed.  By the help of Aaron and Hur, Moses was able to keep his hand up by propping it up with a stone.  See the Lord let them know that it was not them or their strength, but the Lord’s strength that they won the battle.

Exodus 17:8-13 says: Then came Amalek, and fought with Israel in Rephidim. And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand. So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed. But Moses hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun. And Joshua discomfited Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.

This shows me that we can win any battle as long as God is helping us.  We should never forget who is helping us, though.  We should never think that we are doing anything in this life through our own strenth, but through the Lord’s strength.  He has helped me so much lately.  He has helped me overcome a lot of battles, but he has reminded me that it is him who is doing it.  It isn’t anything that I could do without him.  See God knows our thoughts.  He knows if we do not show him the honor.  He deserves all the honor, glory and thanks.

Lately I have heard about how God has protected Israel and its soldiers through the battles that have been participating in. Another passage about God’s protection and divine intervention in Exodus 14:13-30, it tells us that God interceded in the battle. Exodus 14 reads: And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. And the Lord said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward: But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. And I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them: and I will get me honour upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen. And the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord, when I have gotten me honour upon Pharaoh, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen. And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them: And it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel; and it was a cloud and darkness to them, but it gave light by night to these: so that the one came not near the other all the night. And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided. And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left. And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh’s horses, his chariots, and his horsemen. And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the Lord looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians, And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the Lord fighteth for them against the Egyptians. And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen. And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea. And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them. But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left. Thus the Lord saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.

What is Heaven Like

heavengateAs I laid on my bed and thought what Heaven would be like, so many things came to mind.  I like the thought that I will never have to worry about anything. I will not have to worry about time.  Time dictates a lot of how we interact here on this earth.  Time can make someone sad if they hate getting up out of bed in the morning.  Time can cause someone to have an accident if they are rushing to work.  Time causes worry, stress and uneasiness. We know there will be a time when Jesus returns and this makes some anxious, some sad, some eager, some happy and some excited.

Then I thought about not ever having to worry about money. I will not have to worry about paying my bills or working because I won’t need money.  God will provide everything from a mansion to food.  I know…

A Mighty God We Serve

So many things have happened lately that prove how great and mighty a God we serve. God has been working more mightily in these last days and trying to get people’s attention.  Sometimes thing happen that we don’t understand and we question, “Why?”  Let me tell you that God knows what is going on and he is in control of everything, even when the time looks grim.  I went through a terrible time in my life a year ago and I questioned, “Why?”  I still don’t fully understand why it happened to me.  I thought I was on the mountain top and nothing could bring me down.  That is when everything went against me.  Satan through dart after dart at me and it took me a long time to get back to where I was before with God.  Then recently I had the chance to talk to this lady at work.  I had ask that morning for God to open a door for me to talk to someone that day. Usually everything is so fast speed at work, that we barely have time to breathe.  God allowed this lady to work in my office that day, and another Christian lady was there too.  That is when I shared my testimony with her.  Bear in mind, that I don’t share it often because it is a time I usually don’t like to remember.  It is one of the worst times in my life, but I was compelled to share it.  After giving this lady my testimony, she confided in me that she was going through something similar and then I knew.  I knew without a doubt that God had set the stage for me to talk with her.  I did’t know why I was compelled to tell her my story.  But I did.  I went home feeling honored that God had allowed me to witness to someone that day and I felt like God had shared with me, Why I went through that terrible ordeal.

God allows his people some great opportunities to share the gospel with others.  Sometimes he takes us through trials so we can help others who will face the same trial.  See God was able to not only set the stage a year ago, but God provided a way for me to talk to this lady.  He provided a quiet time and even provided a Christian lady in the room where she could share the truth also.  You may think this is something minor but God speaks to us in so many different ways.  He might speak through others or just through our circumstances.

A terrible event happened in Gatlinburg, TN a few days ago.  A terrible fire swept through the beautiful Smokey Mountain National Park and burned many houses, buisnesses and trees. Bear, deer and other types of wild animals lost their homes. Many were devastated that this beautiful place was burned. Some people were killed when they couldn’t get away from the raging fires.  Tourist visit this place year round to enjoy the scenery and smell the frest air, including me.  Through this all, God allowed one page from a burned Bible to be left, where someone was able to find it.  It read from Joel Chapter 1:  Alas for the day! for the day of the Lord is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come.  The seed is rotten under their clods, the garners are laid desolate, the barns are broken down; for the corn is withered. How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed, because they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made desolate. O Lord, to thee will I cry: for the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the trees of the field. The beasts of the field cry also unto thee: for the rivers of waters are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness.

Some may say this page was left by chance.  I believe God is working mightily in these last days to say that he is coming soon.  That the day of the Lord is at hand and we better get our affairs in order.  Repent and turn from our sins and turn toward the living God.  If you don’t know the Lord Jesus, I ask you now to pray and ask him into your life, before it is too late.  He is our only hope in having eternal life.  He is the son of the most high and we must believe on him to enter Heaven.  He can cleanse you of all your sins. He died on a cross for the sins of the whole world.  John 3:16 says: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosover believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.  Here is other post that can teach you about who Jesus is.

Preaching of the Cross

The closer we get to the Lord’s return, the more and more that false prophets are going to arise. My son called tonight and spoke how someone had come to his door today that wanted to speak with him. Jamie looked at their dress and assumed it was someone from church or someone coming to invite him to church.  Well it was someone from a church but not the true church of God.  How do I know, you may ask. Well they started off telling my son about two Gods.  One female and one male.  My son is a Christian! He is in the military and he has run into all sorts of people.  He doesn’t realize you can’t be friends with the world.  You must chose a side.  Yes, you can be nice to people, but when they contradict the truth of God’s word, it is time to show them the door.

He went on to tell me how he tried to talk with them,  and how strong his faith is and so on and so on.  The Bible tells us not to give them “God speed”! 2 John 1:10 says: If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed!  That means don’t even listen to them or give them your attention.  I went on to tell my son that our adversary, Satan is walking around seeking whom he may devour.  He knows all about us.  He knows what our strong points are and he knows what our weaknesses are.  He knows where he can deceive you, if you allow him to.  So don’t even allow him into your house or in your thoughts.

We need to keep our minds and thoughts on the true gospel.  The gospel that teaches us about Jesus Christ and what he suffered for us on the cross.  1 Corinthians 1:18, 23-31 tells us: For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence. But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

Are You Like a Pharisee?

You might wonder what exactly is a Pharisee!  A Pharisees is a Jewish group mentioned ninety-eight times in the New Testament, all but ten times in the Gospels. From whom did the Pharisees separate? From those, especially priests or clerics, who interpreted the Law differently than they? From the common people of the land (John 7:49)? All these groups of people the Pharisees would have been determined to avoid or to separate themselves from any type of impurity prescribed by the levitical law or, more specifically, their strict interpretation of it. The Pharisees were rivals of the Sadducees but managed to set aside their differences on one occasion—the trial of Christ. It was at this point that the Sadducees and Pharisees united to put Christ to death (Mark 14:53; 15:1; John 11:48-50). Both the Pharisees and the Sadducees earned numerous rebukes from Jesus. Perhaps the best lesson we can learn from the Pharisees is to not be like them. Unlike the Pharisees, we are not to treat traditions as having equal authority as Scripture, and we are not to allow our relationship with God to be reduced to a legalistic list of rules and rituals.
Jesus called the Pharisees a generation of vipers. They were self righteous, judged others, and full of hypocrisy. Matthew 5:20 says: For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Luke 18:9-14 said: And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess. And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

We as Christians shouldn’t allow ourselves to become as a Pharisee and say that we are perfect and without sin.  We are all sinners under the grace of God.  Many look to other people’s fault and say: At least I’m not like him or her.  They are wicked people and don’t deserve forgiveness.  Let me tell you that Jesus Christ died for all mankind.  It doesn’t matter if they are black and white, rich or poor, American, Chinese, Muslim or Russian.  What matters is that all can come to the grace of God through repentance and acceptance of Jesus Christ into our hearts and lives.  That means surrendering to him wholly.  If you never accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, it is not too late.  You can turn to him and he will forgive any sin you ever have done: including murder, child abuse, theft, slander, sorcery or witchcraft, etc….  I know that Jesus will forgive any sin if you come to him with a humbe heart and ask him to be your Savior and you will be welcomed with open arms into his family.  One day you will receive eternal life with God above.

Labourers for the Lord’s Harvest

Anyone keeping up with the news knows that the Lord’s return is drawing closer. I urge you to take a look around you, and see if there is someone that doesn’t know the Lord Jesus.  Perhaps there is that coworker that you have been wanting to share the gospel with, but you are afraid to tell them about Jesus, or you fear what they may say or do.  I know how hard it is to share the gospel with others that you have been around for a while, but have never had the chance to share the good news of Jesus Christ with.  I struggle too! But, we must press on.  We must get about doing our Father’s business.  We need to get busy sharing Jesus with others because one day things will change.  We might not have that opportunity again.  The Lord could come and take his people home to be with him.  Or, something could happen to that person that you need to witness to.  I want to encourage you to step out of that comfort zone and take that step; allow the Lord to help you and show you the way.  Pray and ask for his guidance and direction.  Pray for his words to speak through you.  He can and he is able.  Just take the first step and allow Jesus to lead you!

Matthew 9:35-38 tells us:  Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.
Luke 10:1-11 says: After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves. Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way. And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house. And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again. And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house. And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you: And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you. But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say, Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.

If you are that one that doesn’t know Jesus Christ, I urge you to pray and ask him into your life and heart.  He can restore you and give you peace.  He will forgive you of your sins if you would only believe on him.  He is the son of God and he is life.  All those that call upon the name of Jesus shall be saved.

The Meek Shall Inherit the Earth

Believe me or not, there is coming a day when the Lord will return to this earth. The Lord says: A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.  And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statues, and ye shall keep my judgements, and do them.  And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to  your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God (Ezekel 36:26-28).  Psalm 33:12-Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance. Psalm 37:11,18-But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace. The Lord knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever. Matthew 5:5 says:- Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Matthew 25:34- Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: Psalm 37:29- The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever. 1 Peter 1:3-5 says:- Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

But the unbelieving will not inherit the earth.  Psalm 53:1 says: The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.  Galatians 5:19-21 says: –Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Now is the time to repent of your sins and turn toward Jesus.  He can save you and give you a new life; he can give you a new heart. Ask his forgiveness while there is still time.
